Private Pilates (1-on-1)

This session is all about you! Enjoy the benefits of having a personalised matwork or Reformer session tailored specifically to your body and goals, through private sessions with the instructor. Strengthen and tone your body while working at a level that is just right for you. If you are a beginner or have an injury or movement limitation, we’ll go through things slowly and steadily; if you are an athlete who wants the competitive edge we’ll push you to be your absolute best; or perhaps you simply want to achieve a strong, balanced body. Come and experience great movement and feel the results! Choose between Reformer or matwork sessions or a combination of both.

Partner Pilates (2-on-1)

This is a great way to get individualised attention from the instructor and learn the correct exercise techniques, while exercising with a friend, colleague or partner. You can keep each other accountable and enjoy the social aspect of meeting up with a friend while strengthening your body at the studio.

Partner Pilates sessions are all matwork based. Pilates accessories such as the band, ball, ring and roller can be incorporated to make your exercise experience varied, interesting and fun!

Small Group Pilates

Small Groups are limited to 6 clients per group. This enables the correct supervision of your technique, so that you get the most out of each exercise. A group often comprises clients of similar age or ability. Feel free to enquire about which group will suit you best.

Small Group Pilates sessions are matwork based and accessories such as the band, ball, ring and roller are often used to assist or challenge you with the movements.
